Following suggestions at last year’s Boston Catholic Men’s Conference, the group will hold a “Men’s Morning.”  The event will serve as “the main ‘interim’ event between the 2005 and 2006 Men's Conferences.”

The “Men’s Morning” will take place Saturday, Oct. 8 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Marian Center in Medway and will feature two keynote speakers, breakfast, Mass, and eucharistic adoration. The intent of the gathering is to bring together men to pray and focus on a particular part of men’s spirituality. The theme will be “Mary’s Message to Men.”

According to co-coordinator Scot Landry, plans for the 2006 Men’s Conference are proceeding well. Father Raniero Cantalamessa, OFM Cap., preacher to the papal household since 1980, has agreed to deliver the keynote address at next year’s gathering.
