Experience the journey of a lifetime: Celebrate the New Year 2027 in the Holy Land
"A pilgrimage has a vital part to play in our life of faith for it removes us from our homes and our daily routines and gives us time and space to encounter God more deeply." (Pope Leo XIV)
Are you searching for a unique, meaningful way to ring in the New Year? Imagine welcoming 2027 in the very land where history, faith, and wonder converge -- the Holy Land. We invite you to join us on an unforgettable journey from Dec. 27, 2026, to Jan. 5, 2027, an experience designed to awaken your spirit, deepen your faith, and create memories that will last a lifetime, having walked where Jesus walked. You'll pray alongside fellow pilgrims and attend daily Mass in some of the most sacred places in the world.
When praying the rosary, I still feel the cool touch of the rock in Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed so fervently, and I picture the ancient olive trees that still stand in the garden. The mysteries come alive when carrying the cross on the Via Dolorosa and entering the Holy Sepulchre. One of the greatest blessings for me was renewing my baptismal vows in the Jordan River. After experiencing the beauty and significance of the Holy Land, you'll find yourself opening the Bible with new eyes, knowing you have stood in the very places where salvation history unfolded.
Before travel, you'll be invited to an Informational Meeting and Social, where you'll meet your spiritual director, Father Joe Mozer, and your group leader, Maggie Hoagland, both from the Plainville-Wrentham Collaborative.
There are no hidden costs. Accommodations, meals, and airfare are all included.
