The Lourdes Center, a ministry of the Marist Fathers and Brothers, seeks a person to fill a part-time position. The work involves assisting with various tasks related to the receiving and responding to requests from the U.S. and Canada for Lourdes water and other items. The preference is for someone who could work from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm two or three days a week as part of their work schedule. Church of the Most Precious Blood/Saint Theresa of Lisieux Parish Collaborative (Dover/Sherborn)

Are you someone with a passion for evangelizing teenage youth and supporting them in the development of their Catholic faith? Church of the Most Precious Blood/Saint Theresa of Lisieux Parish Collaborative seeks a Confirmation and Youth Ministry Coordinator to develop and direct all aspects of the Confirmation and Youth Ministry Programs for approximately 50 students in Dover and Sherborn. This is a part-time, 10-month per year position, 20 hours a week, from September through June, reporting to the Director of Religious Education.

General Responsibilities:
Plan and direct grades 9 and 10 Confirmation Program, including:
Curriculum selection and development
Schedule and manage weekly Sunday classes
Arrange special guest presenters
Oversee 10th grade retreat
Recruit, select and train catechists and other program volunteers
Maintain communication with families via parent meetings and regular emails
Coordinate the Confirmation Liturgy
Coordinate the Sunday 5:30 pm Youth Mass
Provide direction and support for the parish's Youth/Peer Ministry program, including social, spiritual, and service activities

Membership and active participation in a Roman Catholic Church required
Experience working directly with teenagers as a staff member or volunteer
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic with dependable and reliable work habits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (ParishSOFT a plus but not required)

Preferred Experience:
At least two years' experience working or volunteering with teenage youth, preferably in a parish faith formation or youth ministry environment

BA/BS in theology, religious education, liturgical studies, or related field (M.A. a plus but not required) or commensurate experience
